I know if you have underbody neon or leds, you run the risk of getting pulled over and ticketed. But what if you drive by a cop at night, and your interior is glowing blue from changing all the LEDs to blue, a-pillar gauges, speedo gauges, and under dash LED's. Can you still get a ticket for that, even though its inside your car?

 

Here the answer is yes, but it has to be pretty bright to have to worry about it.

 

Not that I know of unless its overly bright and distracting? I know several vehicles these days come with under dash lighting now stock. They call it "Ambient lighting" lol.
