Default Best way to get rid of cigarette smell

I quit smoking 2 weeks ago and I never realized what my car smelled like because I was so used to it. Now that I quit, it smells like a monkeys ass and I want to get rid of it. The problem being is that I smoked for almost 5 years so the smell is pretty much integrated right into the interior. Any magic tricks of the trade to get rid of the smell?

Ozone generator, sprinkle baking soda all over the carpet (make it look like a coke addicts car), then vac it up after a day.

Febreze is not worth it.

Been there done that. It's a b*tch to say the least. I own a rug doctor so I hit the carpets with that once a week for a couple months. Ventilation is the hard part, ran the car with windows down and recirculate a lot. Left it parked outside with windows down (thank you Arizona). What's worse is you may get the smell out of your car but will start to smell it from the lady smoking with her arm out the window 10 cars back in traffic. Like a bloodhound, my sense of smell was fine tuned to pick it up. Disgusting smell.

Congratulations by the way. Keep it up
