Anyone ever put new foam in their stock seats?
My seats have a lot of miles on them and are pretty far gone. The thing is, I'm not big into throwing out stuff with a useful life. At they say in the housing market, the seats have "good bones".
It seems like some correctly cut high density foam and the same effort involved in a seat heater install should be all it would take to liven them up. That said, has anyone ever done this, and if so where in the world would I get the foam I need?
thanks for the help

Contact your local upholstery shop. This is something classic car owners do all the time.
While you are at it, have the seat foam cut to fit your own body. A fitted seat is something you either hate or love . . . but it's worth a try if you think you might like it. Worst case is you redo the foam again.
