Is it possible to run my front and rear speakers on 2 of the channels in a 4 channel amp, and then my 2 8" subs on the other 2? The subs are 8 ohms, so I could wire them so the amp see's a single 4 ohm load, but I'm not sure how it would sound. I assume my front and rear speakers (4 in total) would have to be wired a certain way too, right?
Or would it just be better to run the front and rear speakers off of the head unit and then run the subs off the 4 channel amp?
This is my amp http://www.crutchfield.com/p_108R475...tp=35782&avf=N

* 4-channel car amplifier
* 75 watts RMS x 4 at 4 ohms (90 watts RMS x 4 at 2 ohms)
* 180 watts RMS x 2 at 4 ohms in bridged mode
* CEA-2006 compliant
* variable high- and low-pass filters (32-320 Hz, 12 dB/octave)
* variable bass boost (0-6 dB at 50 Hz)
* Class-AB amplifier design
* MOSFET power supply
* preamp-level inputs and outputs
* fuse rating: 35A x 2
* 4-gauge power and ground leads recommended — wiring and hardware not included with amplifier
* 14-3/4"W x 2-11/16"H x 9"D
* warranty: 1 year

Amp front speakers, run rears off the deck and amp the subs but make sure the amp sees them as a 4ohm load or better if you want to go for the magic smoke effect. That should give you a nice sound stage.
