Is there a specific way to take the gray section of the door panelling off? I took out 3 screws (one in the door handle area and two in the door jamb area.) Now, is there a screw i'm missing?

Also, the cluster with the light and mirror switches... does that just pop right out?

 

the whole door panel has to come off. one in the handle that opens. two in the rubber handle and two on the sides of the door panel about 3 under the door and two on the inner side that meets the vent.
