When did "murdered out" come to mean "painted black"? Murdered out is all flat black, flat black lights, black windows, etc...

The tails need to be tinted and the calipers need to be black, then it will be truly all murdered out.

I guess I always saw 'murdered out' as more black than that.. Lights need to be tinted, headlight bezels need to be black and then I would give it the 'murdered out' approval.
