Hey there,

I want to install a keypad cutoff in my Tib... right in the ash tray laugh.gif. I need the wiring diagram so I can find the starter wire to cut into. I can't seem to find any books on it.. if anyone's done any work in their dash ( I know you have :-p) maybe you could help me out? I'd really appreciate it.

Best,
Christi

What specific wiring schematics are you looking for?

Yes, yes I do. You catch on fast. fing02.gif

HMA Service (also referred to as WebTech) will give you info on anything, from changing the CD player to swapping out the engine.

There was a thread about this a little while back.

http://www.rdtiburon.com/index.php?showtop...p;hl=killswitch

I recommend doing something NOT obvious, like interrupting the start wire. That's super easy to get around. However, if you were to kill the spark or injector circuit, that would be better if you're concerned with security.

Also, I have some very simple engine control wiring diagrams that I grabbed from Mitchell's OnDemand5 that are just outright awesome. They will help you tremendously if you're going to try and do what I said.
