Will putting spacers on wear out the wheel bearings faster?

Default Will putting spacers on wear out the wheel bearings faster?

I did a search and didnt see anything. Can somebody confirm that wheel spacers will cause your wheel bearings to wear out faster? I'm looking at a set of 10mm spacers but dont want to destroy the bearings easily.

I've never head that it wears them out any quicker. That's not saying it does't but i've had mine in now for quit awhile and no issues.

I doubt it would be much different from changing the offset of your wheels.



But yes, they do cause your bearings and studs to wear faster than stock. Its not a big deal, wheel bearings take a long time to wear out!
