They're not too bad here in Maryland. I see them going up and down the street where my office building is a lot giving out tickets because people never check their meters in time before they are expired out of time. So I hear and see a lot of fights from people arguing with the PA.

We dont have meters here. But the cops do give out the occasional $160 parking on the sidewalk ticket at 3 am. LOL
