Vehicle: 1997 RD 4-door
thats a common problem with painted machined wheels..the amount of heat they absorb from the engine and the brakes cause's the paint the crinkle and bubble up like that..all wheels from oem to aftermarket will go like that with enough age and heat & hard driving..only solution is to grind it up and repaint it..

Vehicle: 13 Gen Coupe Ult.
You can use sand paper and some kind of AirCraft paint remover... That will take the clear right off! Just tape off the colored portion!
