This is my delima:
I bought a header/hi flow cat of off ebay. After a while my cel came on, which I knew was going to happen anyways. My mpg's dropped to about 21 from 28. After that I took my header back off and now running stock mani. I miss the car I had. It feels so slow now. I tried everything to make it go away! I extended my O2 sensor about 3 times and couldnt get it to work. I was desperate and bought a simulator, which didnt work either. Somehow Alex got his to work(probably my fault). Is there anything else I can do? Anyone that has got an extended O2 sensor to work, wanna make me one? Ill pay ya!

did you leave the catalytic convertor in place?

I have an extended o2 wiring harness (lmao.gif it's four wires ...connected with crimps, lol. I could make one with solders but you'd have to solder them onto the 02 sensor... or i could give you the one i have on my car with crimps on both sides, but you'll have to cut off ALL 8 crimps total, and re-strip each wire and re-crimp each wire. i guess i could pre-crimp one side for you, lol. you wanna pay me for this? how much?

I have the cat and the header still and yes the hi flow cat was in place. Just a lil' farther down, which made it hard to deal with. What do you think is a good price? I just dont wanna get screwed over. I have no problem soldering.

Mind takin a pic of what you have so I can see whats up?

$5? LOL

Anyone have a aftermarket flexpipe from an SSA or OBX header? Need that too. Mine has some pipe welded to it and no front flange.

Pat, do you have the O2 sensor and everything still attatched? Is it all together? Can you send the actual sensor too?

I can send the sensor WITHOUT the flex pipe. maybe...

I'm taking off the headers to sell to col96fx. if he wants to buy them, the flexpipe goes with it to him...

i never extended the wires at all....

what i did was cut apart the loom that holds the harness together and unbolt the harness from the firewall

then youll have enough movement to get it to where you want it

i have the original one piece obx header and this is where i drilled a hole for my o2 and just cut the wires, extended the wires, and soddered it together.

the last picture, this is an example.

You could go to a shop and have them extend it.... maybe $10-20....
