I have a goal of getting everything thats in garage on the car before May 2

 

bought new amp....JL audio 500/5
5 channel amp
100x2 front channel/25x2 rear channel/250x1 sub out

will be controlling:

two sets of boston acoustics 6.2 pro series component speaker sets
two jl audio 8w3v3 8 ohm subs

i am studying right now several diy's on fiberglassing a sub enclosure for each "cubby hole" in the rear hatch to mount my subs. while doing this i am mouting the amp on the rear wall while making some kind of fg cover that will wrap around the entire rear section of the hath while still maintaining full access to the spare tire.

I test fitted the amp today and where i want it to go is fine, but tigher than i had imgained and will have to go higher than i wanted too.

 

got a custom dash piece with a screen, hooking up a PS2 to it

 

Put on an OBX crank pulley. Just received Eibach springs and sway bars smile.gif

 

I performed the dust/dirt/grime removal mod.

 

I'm installing HIDs today and cleaning the cloudy lenses. laugh.gif
Plus while the bumper is off for lens goodies we'll see what else happens. Got an XL1 for the weekend so I can document what happens, maybe even and video DIY...... if I'm that brave
