Well, what did you mod?
Me?
1. Installed Ceramic Coated Maintec GT Headers.
2. Got raped on getting my Magnaflow 2.5 inch high flow cat welded.
3. Cut back the primary o2 sensor wiring 3 feet to go around the back of the engine.
4. Changed oil.
5. Extended secondary o2 sensor harness.
6. Installed KIA OEM wiring harness for trailer towing.
7. Installed 4 flat to 4 flat/6 round trailer adapter.
8. Installed and calibrated an electronic brake controller.
9. Towed trailer from Belen NM to ABQ for testing. Works perfectly.
10. Changed oil on Sorento.
11. New wiper assemblies on Sorento.
My knuckles are a bit torn up, and my hands hurt some. But thank god it's all done.

my caliper isnt seized...hooray!
got the brake pads on passenger side rear. no more metal grinding, and surprisingly, the rotor was still in really good shape.
also fixed carpc...turned out that my cf-ide adapter wasnt properly grounded.
put my summer wheels/tires on
i also went to a huge pre-st. patty's festival on saturday, and have been hurting ever since(crowdsurfing, drinking, holding chicks in the air while trying to perform irish jigs of my own). it's a good hurt though, reminds me of the awesome time i had.

Anyone ever had a oil filter cross thread? I couldn't get that sucker on the Tib to thread for ANYTHING, then I finally got it.
As for the Midas/Cat job, it's still not finished. They put a bad o2 sensor in it to plug the hole till I got home. So I went and extended the wires, went to install it this morning, and there is BEARLY enough room to get the sensor into the bung. Problem is though, the wires from the o2 sensor are rubbing on the tunnel wall.
WTF can I do? Anyone know of a shorter o2 sensor?
I'm running the o2 sensor/plug they gave me for now, and have a CEL cause there's no o2 sensor hooked up.

REdz, I had the same problem a while ago when I got my Motoria installed. I ended up getting a plug bolt for that o2 bung and had another bung installed another inch down the pipe at the right angle. A shop can try and heat the bung with the bad sensor in there and try to bend the hot pipe with some pliers, but then you run the chance of thinning the pipe's metal. The new bung cost me $40 to get installed at a local shop, not the best price, but they did a good job.

Replaced my Clutch with the South Bend DXD Stage 4 Kit laugh.gif
Replaced my heavy ass flywheel with a Fidanza lightweight aluminum flywheel fing02.gif
Temporarily fixed the damn creaking noise my clutch release shaft was making
And Adjusted the clutch pedal to stock height, which in turn gave me cruise control again! cool.gif
