I swapped out the crap old head unit in my wifes Magna for a Sony unit (should keep her happy for a little while).
Cleaned both car in & out.
Tried to find out why the Tib mis-behaved on Friday but couldn't find anything so I put it donw to the heat (it was 42C=107.6F here).

lets see.. i thought about modding my bumper, thats about it..
will be ordering the following soon.. fuzion zr1 tires, and custom painting my wheels again.
secret other order.....
and modding my bumper, molding everything in.. and installing my profec..
DTN, im confused, appalled and yeah.. anyway, i have some comments. they may come off harsh but thats me, so yeah..
how is rubbing your IM with steel wool a mod, or polishing chrome, or washing your car, or degreasing.
and you have spare terminals yet you have the stuff wired to the main terminal, why? it would look 100X better utiliziing the spare terminals there for that purpose.
so you got the marine battery in 'blue' so it would match your car? lol its not a blue top by the way.. its a duralast marine battery.. blue top is the brand name of the optima..
you repositioned a girls headlights, what did you do, move them to her back?
did you put the stereo on the dyno?
sorry, this just cracked me up and i had to post

sorry, this just cracked me up and i had to post</div>it's a deep cycle batery. I know all about my battery. I wanted it. The difference between marine batteries and car batteries is they are constructed to work sideways and upside down, whereas car batteries will not.
To answer a bunch of your questions...... REDZMAN packed 2 hoods for shiping. nuff said about what's considered a mod.
Just a slight alignment of the headlights.
The stereo took aprox 2 hours of my time. I had to list it.

I had a fun night Friday, got off work at 10pm and had the rest of the following 6 hours to prep the porsche for track day, needing to leave at 5am, track goes hot at 8. ahh
fabbed oil lines (try and solve overheating), welded a shitty looking bat box, (battery now in the front). axis pads, and had to have RA-1's delivered to the track, installed by Toyo. got it all done though, yay! with the help of the roomie.
car's ready to hit the track whenever i want now!

Right, it's a deep cycle baTTERY, but not a BLUE TOP. BLUE TOP is the brand name of the Optima Marine battery line.
I never said packing my hoods was a mod. LOL
You spent 2 hours adjusting the treble, bass, and faders on your Jensen? LOL I feel drunk.

^^Um... no. I have bandpass filters, center frequencies, gains, cutoffs, and adjusting wires.
Oh.... By the way.... I DID use a dyno... LOL!! My VU meter in the back allows me to see the power output to my speaker. If i go into overload on the speaker the 3rd set of lights comes on.
That's how it operates normally, but I'll turn it up for the shows.
