If it's not the tube, then check the window tensioner. Inside the door you can adjust how your window rests against your door frame. Take a look at that.

 

Can you adjust it?....If so it may need a little more tension, cause before I had bought the car it was in an accident with a deer on the drivers side.

 

how badly damaged did it get?

 

The tibs actually have four drain tubes from the sun roof, one from each corner. With that in mind I would be more pron to think you either ran a screw through one or it came off the sunroof frame.

Not really sure.....If you look at the drivers window and the passenger window, you can see there is a slight differece in the way they line up. But it's not that noticable. I don't think it was that badly damaged.

 

So that is only for tibs with sunroofs, that's what I thought that hose was, never was for sure though.
