Default Vibrating While Shifting

Ok here is the problem, whenever I shift from first to second(automatic),there is a vibration it vibrates in the dash/hood area. The faster I accelerate the more prolonged and intense the vibration is. I have no clue... Any Suggestions?

Is there slightly more vibration at idle and through most all of the gears? Could be a motor mount, since the engine is going to be rocking around more in first gear where there is more torque and with the Tib's gearing your accelerating faster than if you were in 3rd.

/ agreed, if there is a shaking at idle then it might lead to a bad motor mount.

What about the other gears, are they okay?? What if you realy giv'er when you shift into third, same thing??

THere is no shaking when I'm idling, and it only does it on the first shift, all the rest of the gear are fine.

I guess the problem would have to be related to the internals of the transmission with the first gear itself. I don't own autos, so don't really know what problems they could have.
