Tibby01 is right, don't buy headers, you won't need them with a turbo setup. Also things like a CAI are not needed. If you want to wait you can upgrade your exhaust to 2.5" or buy slimline fans. (which you need with the Speed-Factor Kit if I'm not mistaken) Start buying things that don't come with the kit first if you want.
If your route is turbo don't waste time on little things, research what you want and get it. Ask/Search around, there are many tiburon's here running boost.

I am going to play devils advocate here.... I have plans to go turbo, hopefully this spring/summer... however, I want to make sure my car is up to the demands placed on it with such a large increase in power. That means all new bushings (probably the yaya ones) Stiffer suspension, better brakes, and finally stress bars... ONLY after I am certain the car can handle the increase, will I buy and bolt together the engine and turbo.
So they are right to a point... a header and a CAI are more or less useless with a turbo, so save your money, but bolting on a turbo on a car that cannot handle it, is a death wish.
