Default Totalled the Tiburon

Well about a half hour ago I was driving down the road and a deer jumped out infront of me, hit it on the drivers side but thank god my air bags didn't go off I probably would of ran into oncoming traffic. I was doing about 40-45 mph, hit the deer went over my hood and when i was slamming on the brakes it came back down and landed on my windsheild. The core supports bent, fender, front bumper, windsheild, drivers side headlight and turn signal.. but It still drives fine and is not leaking any anti-freeze, Idk what to do... Im broke and need a car. I might just fix the windsheild n buy a headlight n turnsignal at the junkyard cheap and drive it around as is. FML!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just do the repairs yourself. I bet you can have the car back on the road for less than $500.

New rad supports are cheap cheap on eBay, everything else can be nabbed from local wrecker's yards.

aaack i hate these posts, especially since you're just about the only other RD1 here. sorry for the loss, but it only sounds like you need a new hood, bumper and some lights, perhaps a windshield. the cheapest parts you will find are at the junkyard.

if you're broke and swap cars, you won't really know the condition of the other car compared to yours.

insurance?

The radiator is fine, its just the front of the car is bent a little where the headlights mount, but it drives fine. All I really need is some new lights and windsheild I can get pulled for 50 dollars. This is horrible If you would of seen the condition I bought this car in a year ago you wouldnt reconize it today. Perfect paint and interior

Damn, that sucks dude. Oh well, the damage isn't that intense, it is just over a large area. Have you started gathering parts yet?

Earlier I ripped off both fenders, the bumper and the lights, thankfully I never got around to putting on my new front bumper I had, So I have a front bumper, an extra green fender, and bumper reinforcment and the mounts. I already know theres a white hood in perfect shape up at the junkyard so now I just gotta find a windsheild, qouted at 200 and some for it to be installed. Funny thing is, is how cheap the radiator support metal is. I bent back most of it with my bare hands... LOL, PS. I guess im just going to spray bomb the fenders n front bumper n hood. half my car silver half black lol.. I can't afford to have it painted when it has 200,600 some miles on it..
