I am new to the import world. i just recently had my head rebuilt after my timing belt broke. i did the work myself so im not to bad of mechanic.
I was looking for some advise on some things i could do without building a motor. My car has 115,000 miles so its still fresh. if anyone could give any tips i would appreciate anything. THANKS

^^ what he said. Unless you know about fourbanger boost setups, stick to simple NA(CAI,HDR,CB) and enjoy the safe, reliable ride.

I assume you're wanting to stay n/a?

Headers, CAI, 2.25" exhaust, 1.8L cam, short throw shifter, a few simple DIYs, clutch/flywheel upgrade...

or you could just go turbo.
