Default Tiburon 2.0 N/A project

So ladies and gentlemen till now my mods are :
CAI, custom exhaust system ( stock header ), 1.8 cam, P&PIM and Throttle body by-pass. What do you think will be my next best bet ?!? Header? Clutch+lightweight flywheel?

Also if somebody is willing to ship 4-2-1 or 4-1 header to Bulgaria please PM me.

Thanx in advance

I'd say go with the clutch and lightened flywheel. From what I've heard makes a difference that's noticeable and lets the car rev more freely

Obviously the header will be your best buy. Lightened flywheel does help a tad will acceleration but you'll notice a bigger difference completing your I/H/E system.

That was my idea, but the problem with header is that the shipping to Bulgaria is too much.

This is my set-up on my 97 Tiburon, im running a full cold air intake with a K&N Air filter, next would be my exhaust, it's a OBX Header for a Elantra, I put it on my 97 Tiburon, then it straight threw to the muffler, there's no cat, no nothing, just header to muffler in the rear, it's loud as heck, an sounds awesome, I'm waiting on a CAT from summit racing online, 2inch full exhaust on my Tibby, I love it tho for sure

No header, I bought NX wet kit Tonight I'm gonna install it...first will try with 50 shot. I checked a lot in the forum but I'm still not sure is 75 shot safe with stock fuel system?! Also what's your advice for clutch upgrade cause I'm 99% sure the the stock clutch will slip even with 50 shot.

Thanx again

Try JD rides, a UK seller of 4-2-1 headers, may have to wait a few weeks for him to source it, but shipping will be cheaper as not charges for shipping inside EU.

Failing that look on evbay Uk for a seller called koreancarstyling, he may have something.

And yes I'd do 4-2-1 next, lightened flywheels and pulleys been discussed alot recently on the UK club, seems they do more if you already got a few bits done to the engine.

So...everything went good with my first N20 run. The bottle pressure was only 750psi ( i know it should be around 1050psi ) and I shot in 3rd gear from 80km/h to 180km/h. I know it wasn't real 50 shot cause of the low pressure , but still the performance was better. Today I'm gonna top my bottle and try again with 50 shot. I'm driving with 100 octane fuel, but with stock spark plug ( brand new NGK bkr5e-11 and brand new cables ) Is it a problem to use these spark plugs with 50 shot or I have to buy 2 times colder ?
