I'm 40 years old and I drag race my rd1 tib all the time. I think next year I'm going to get the genesis coupe. My dad who is 64 has 2003 tib gt and he hot rods around town in it. Your only as old as you feel. I know I don't feel like I'm 40 nor do I act like it. The kids at the track get surprised when they seem me racing my tib at the import events and they think it is cool.

 

Uh oh, I've owned a 2000 RD2 2.0 for a couple of years, and now I've added to it with a 2008 2.0 SIII (UK only) model. Oh yeah I nearly forgot, I'm 59 years old!

 

i`m 43, several mods in mind but all i have accomplished is changing the grills,cai & upgraded sound (along with a custom sub enclosure i fiber fabbed myself).i have a lot of ideas but with a family & kids starting to go to college, i now realize dreams will stay just that...dreams.

 

I guess my family is weird, but my mother actually bought the Tiburon for herself when she was 54. Later I got it. She also helped me when I worked on the audio install and sound deadening... so not all older owners a strange

 

I'm 48 years of age and bought my RD Tib almost 7 years ago. Still love to drive it. I've put lots of mods on it and just recently turbo'd it. Now I love to drive it even more.....LOL! Larrs
