Tib owners - do you still get asked what kind of car is that?
Havent had anyone ask in awhile but today I had 2 separate incidents where strangers asked me what kind of car I had. They were surprised when I said a Hyundai Tiburon. Cool that people still dont recognize these cars when they see them out.
I had an old man follow me all the way to my driveway, He scared the shizz out of me.
Just today some guy thought my GK was a Tesla..... I'm assuming it was the T badge that made him think that.

I get asked all the time when I take out the RD1 since there isn't no emblems...Plus, the RD1 is pretty rare in the Bay Area! And when Im asked the make of the vehicle there more shocked then surprised.
I had someone the other day tell me he loves the Tiburon and asked if I was selling it. I laughed telling him I would never sell this car.
I tried to make an offer on a 2001 Tiburon recently that has been parked in a driveway for about a year and hasn't moved but the owner doesn't want to sell his either.
Mine currently has 240,000 Miles on the original engine and transmission and I am still driving it hard.
