For a while now I have had horrible squeaking coming from my rear struts. No unusual tire wear tho. They creak when hitting bumps of all sizes and even creak when I get out of the car. Also the car is still cornering fine and is not bouncing. I'm on H&R springs with KYB struts. Struts have 8,000 miles on them and springs are about 9,000.

 

try a can of crc aerosol silicone spray..relieves surface friction on a wide array of surfaces, and it leaves no residue...acts like a dry lube so no mess.



does wonders for my rubber parts, sway bushings, joint boots, rubber windows runners,



they sell em at most hardware stores and wallyworld also.

 

Mine used to do that until I swapped in the coilovers. Not much back there to make that sound but I can't image that shocks that new are making noise.

I'd be more prone to think it's the 12 year old trailing arm bushing.
