Okay so I went and had the error codes read... there werent any!

Went to a scrapyard and got myself a bunch of spare bits.

I swapped the MAP sensor and the Air-fuel adjuster.

No problems since then!

 

The Air-Fuel adjuster is the one that was circled in orange right?

 

Circled in orange would be something to do with the fuel pressure.
I think thats a once off setting, you knock a dent into the top of that...
I've heard guys talking of denting it a little further to increase the fuel pressure... bullsh*t perhaps?

The air-fuel would be in the other picture circled in green.
Correct me if I'm wrong here anybody.
