any one can tell me, where speedometer cable are?

It is electrical. The vehicle speed sensor is on the transmission or on the right front wheel hub.

It's a steel cable spinning in a protective sheath. It is driven by a gear in the differential. Unless your speedometer stopped working, it is very unlikely to break whether you inspect it or no.
