Sandblast oilpan for better heat dispation?

Sandblast oilpan for better heat dispation?
Has anybody done a rough sandblast inside these pans to help (obviously mildly, but still) make the oil pan more like a "heat sink"?
CPU overclockers usually have this done to their waterblocks (if not done from the manufacturer) to help increase heat transfer. So figured, why wouldnt it work for oil?
