Default SAFC question

So, lately I've been trying to track down a current draw in my car because it hasn't been starting in the morn. I found out the draw was from one of the relays in my keyless start system. Anyways, while measuring current and voltage, I noticed that the SAFC is reading about 1 volt less then my battery was showing on my multi-meter. I measured the voltage at the ecu where the SAFC gets it's power and it was still reading about 1 volt less. This only occurs when the car is not running. So basically my ecu gets only about 11.7v when the car is not running. Is this normal? Or should I be worried??? I'll update everyone on my keyless start a little later when I have more time.

I have a volt gauge... and the readings is different from my SAFC2... but not so far (like +/- 0.3 - 0.7)... just in some rarely cases.....
