SAFC 2 install prob
Hi guys,
I have a 2k1 tibby and am having a prob with install
I looked at the wiring diagram and believe everything is hooked up properly, but the airflow shows 100% all the time.
It was installed using these settings:
Hotwire
4 cyl
arrow (up and right)
In-01
Out-01
I would appreciate any help from those with an safc

First, thank you for your quick responses.
Second, we troubleshot and reversed the white and yellow wires to no avail.
However...... I had my MAF grate out for like 2 yrs, and apparently it was throwing a CEL (maf voltage too high), so it might have made the airflow show 100% no matter what, making the troubleshooting useless.
Now that the grate is back in, do you think the MAF is still cool? The CEL is off, but do you think it might still be fuxed? I know I should just troubleshoot again but i'd rather never touch that ECM, pretty much ever again.

Your MAF is probably toast. I'd get it replaced.
LOL
I didn't think anyone was still trying to take that honeycomb out.
