Rust
I noticed the other day that on the very bottom of my passenger side door, its starting to rust bubble. Its at angle where i dont think it can be cut out and have new metal welded in. What can I do to stop it from rusting any more?

Remove the rust by sanding. Then spray primer over it. There are many rust remover products and filler products. Can you show a pic?

If its rust thats started on the inside of the door and pushed itself out, then you take a chance of just sanding, filling, and painting. It could come back. The only 100% sure fire way to get rid of rust is to either cut it out and weld in a new piece of metal, or just get yourself a whole new door. If you can find a door at a junk yard thats the same color as your car...it might just be less of a headache and cheaper to go that route.
Good luck.
