Well, if done right it could be really super cheap. My cost (minus the rotor screw up)
Calipers with bracket = $35 /per
Rebuild kits = $12 /per
Rotors = $50 /per
Pads = $40 (all 4 included)
Braided Brake lines = $135 (both)
Odd/ends/paints/templates etc = less than $20
TOTAL = under $400
Now keep in mind, the 12" rotors will require redrilling and a lot of shops are paranoid about doing that, so unless you have a drill press and feel damn sure of your skills, go with the 11". 12" are 2005 only and no one makes a 4x114.3 rotor to fit, the xx-04 are a perfect fit with the Spectra rotors (apparently.)
And to add to this, when I get off my ass, I'm going to be selling my d/s blacked rotors for $100. Perfect for this swap (if performed by a competent member.)

hmmmm, one of these days ill get off my lazy ass and cross reference a rotor to work with the 12"
one of these days....
its sorta how i figured out about the spectra thing, we had one come into the shop, i noticed it was the same bolt pattern but the rotor was larger than the one i had so i measured the rotor dimensions then crossed em to the stocks and voila! instant bbk
took me about 3 months after everything was said and done to make sure it worked. kept it hush hush until i could afford to be the "guinea pig" for the setup
my cost for the swap back when i did it.....$700 f*cking DOLLARS, i ordered the rotors from madjohn since the dealer wanted $250 EACH
blah!

I've searched and searched, apparently there is no OEM above 280mm that's 4x114.3.
Hell, for the cost of rotors, drilling them isn't so bad. Though I am seriously considering investing in a good brembo style semi. It's a lot more expensive, but it's also a lot stronger and safer than putting extra holes in them.
Another option is to buy "blanks," you still would have to drill it but it's designed for that purpose. Also fairly more expensive, the cheapest I found was around $215/pair.
