Ok, refering back to ( http://www.rdtiburon.com/index.php?name=PN...2592&highlight= ) I was having a high idle problem...

Well, today I had a LONG day at work and I finally lost it on the VERY annoying alarm bell for the door and seat belt!!

So, I climb under my dash when I find my ECU piggy back from my old Alpine kit. Could this be a factor in my idle/nuetral problems??? :?

Could well be... They didn't uninstall that when they put the new engine in???

Does it still have power and is it still connected?

Well yeah man that would definatly cause it if it is still connected. The piggyback was probably setup to give you more fuel to accomidate for the turbo. Without the extra air coming in you are goving the engine a shit load of gas (which could be causeing the funky idle). But thats assuming that it is connected.

Not only that, but that stupid Alpine has that nasty 5th injector setup.

With that injector gone and the rest still hooked up, who knows mang.

If everything is still pluged into it, then I would think that it is still working.
