i know it says its the actual picture, but...
are those headers actually that chrome color? or are they more of a gold color?

do they have the ceramic coating? i knwo soem of the cheap headers come with a bad ceramic coating on them and maybe thats why theyre silver?

Nope, no ceramic coating, just high temp paint. After your first run on them, they'll start to turn gold or bronze or maybe a little blue. But to start, it is that shiny.

Yea, they wont turn gold until you run them for about 50 miles.

yea takes a solid day maybe two of driving before they will change. make sure when you install you wipe them repeatly to take off any finger prints or smudges because they will be baked in there too.

i got exactly same ones there will be fitment issues smile.gif i had to drop downpipe from new headers and modify my old one to get it fitted smile.gif
and also i wrapped them so they are cute right now .

yes make sure you check the bolt hole locations in comparison with the gasket. i had 3holes that were WAY off, had to take the header to my local tuffy and they drilled the holes out for 5 bucks. then after i got back the header wouldnt clear the tranny case so we had to heat the pipes and bend the entire header under one of the lift arms.

this header has some fitment issues but once its on the car it does a good job and is great for the cost when the only other alternatives start at $450. just make sure you have some spare time and an extra ride when you start to do this install

really? the OBX ones that i have were basically a perfect fit .. so that means these are even lesser than OBX? lol.
