But as I said in my previous post, that switch has never been connected because I cannot find the other end of the plug and I never connected the two wires together and it still starts fine.
Update:
There's supposed to be 50-60 ohms of resistance at the cruise module. I'm getting about 10. I've got no continuity to the brake pedal when being pushed. The big 12 wire plug that went with the automatic - there should be continuity between wires 10 and 11. I have nothing there. After taking the dash apart, I found that the cruise main switch is all good. Any bright ideas?

I'm still kind of confused as to what the problem is. Webtech is down right now so I'm useless. wink1.gif
I dunno, if you disconnected anything gotspeed13 make sure you reconnect it. You may loose your remote start for a bit but at least you'll pin-point the problem area.
If you connect everything like it was and it still doesn't work you did something with the tranny installation. (Prolly what Mad suggested) If it works you have to trouble shoot a way to get around the remote start.

I had everything reconnected is the thing except for the starter interlock plug because I can't find the other end (if it's even there?). I guess I'll have to look at the wiring schematics some more.

Yeah check that out. My hands are tied right now cause webtech doesn't seem to be working. Do you remember disconnecting anything unusual when you swapped the tranny? I'm thinking maybe it has something to do with something not being connected.
