hmaservice.com or feel around the edges of the door panel for screws then remove the small plastic piece behind the door panel and remove that screw then slide the panel up. learn by screwing up, you wont damage anything

There are philips screws around the edges and one in the door pull pocket under a plug. Maybe one in the door handle? Remove all screws, remove the door handle by sliding sideways. When the handle is loose, take note of the lockworks. There are a couple of rods that clip to the handle in the door. Unclip, then remove the handle. For manual windows, VERY carefully (pref. use the right tool) pry the crank directly away from the door. The door panel needs to be pried loose (pops out) around the bottom and sides, then it slides up. There will be a window switch connector harness to worry about once the panel is loose. Once popped free, it slides up.

Be careful with the plastic film inside the door; the glue is nasty stuff and the film tears a bit easier than you might think.

The inside handle parts are really the most confusing and their locations are obvious, where they reconnect to the handle, once you line them up straight.

Worst case, you need to use another door for a day, and use tape to hold the window up, until you take a cameraphone picture and ask us what to do again. The members here have spent more time inside their doors than we care to think about.
