I'm dying for some help here.
I've installed performance headers, and I have only one oxygen sensor installed, just before the flex pipe, as for the other, its disconnected.
Theres a CEL on, i'm looking everywhere for an answer. No welding shops nearby are willing to drill out a hole and install a secondary o2 bung.
Are there any solutions here guys? I've contributed, but now i'm dying for help. Would an O2 simulator get me where I need to be? THANKS.

a muffler shop will weld an O2 bung for you. That's what they do.
now... if they're unwilling to work on your car because you're 2.5" off the ground on all sides, THAT I can understand and relate to. But, eventually you'll find someone who will.

What stocker is saying is that the second sensor is there purely to tell the ecu that there is a cat in there "cleaning" the exhaust. If both sensors are getting the same readings, then the ecu is of course going to throw a red flag thinking there's either no cat or a bad cat installed.
You need one before and after a cat to avoid a CEL.

thank you for clarifying that for him sleepertib.
Look into getting a hi-flow cat, and have them weld that in along with the bungs at the same time. Might save you a little cash to do it all at once

even with the high flow cat you will probably get a cel, one option to fix this is the use of a sparkplug non-fouler, I know that a thread was recently made about it. The only other option that I know of it a oxygen sensor simulator which is of course for offroad use only.
