Oil Pan Patch

ok so im going back to stock. and need to fix my oil pan from the oil return line hole i drilled into it.... any ideas? just needs to last untill i get a new pan from hyundai.

lots of factors, not going into it. i need my car back asap.....soooo i need this oil issue cleared up.

Get a bigass plug like this:

and buy 2 nuts (with same thread obviously). Screw nut on plug, insert plug in oil pan hole, screw second nut on plug, tighten nuts, JB weld for good measure. Viola

Or, if you know a welder, just weld a plate over the hole. There's really a multitude of ways to solve this problem...

I would say weld that hole and do not buy new oil pan.

if you have a lil' more time, why not go to the junkers and get one.... this way you can keep your old/drilled one ready next time you are ready to go boosted again.

Before I installed the turbo, I got the pan ready. I welded in the barb, then put a hose on it. Then I plugged the hose with a big bolt and hose clamped it in.
