The 10.2mm plug wires will be fine. I ran them many years on my Tib when I had it, and never had a single problem. You wont be able to spark plug cover back on though since the wires are too thick, but I think 99% of people kept their plug covers off anyway, so its not a big deal.
Cold Air Intakes are great. Just dont go driving through deep puddles to where the filter would be submerged under water. You can get away with something like this
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Cold-Air-Int...-/290506509275
And it will still perform the same as an AEM or Injen other than maybe a 1-2 hp difference, but its minimal and you wont even feel it.

Sweet, thanks a million guys. I think the only other thing I want to get is a short shifter and a shift/ebrake boot. It looks like you should stay away from OBX and ebay short shifters. Is Megan Racing an okay brand shifter? Any other better ones out there? And I'll probably just get an ebay shift boot/ebrake boot unless you guys know something better for cheap.
Thanks again, this forum seems to be by far the most responsive for the Tiburon questions!

I couldn't seem to find the B&M shifter anywhere. I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg on it though...
Here's the only pic I have of the car so far...all stock.
