Need Help! Fuse Keeps Blowing!

You are right, but the weird thing is that when I hooked up my HU couple months ago I did not run into this problem. So, I guess when I hooked up my sub I put that orange wire into some metal.

The "clicks" of the fuse box inside the engine bay is very normal. The sound is made by the "relays".... get worry if you don't heard it....
The problem could be the alternator???? the most sensitive electrical parts in a car are the lights.... check if the battery and the alternator are charging correctly... 12 volts with the switch in "ON" and 14 volts with a running engine...
