I actually had to cut out everything inside the ashtray, just leaving the cover and use some abs plastic to create a mount. And I'm with Dweet with the whole ziptie holding my harness in, that thing was a pita.

 

its hard to get that plastic thing back on it with the extra wires on it.
Anyways ,Im going to have to splince into Tibbychick's higher when I do hers. Its going to suck to solder up in there though but I generally more care installing things on other people's cars then I do mine.

 

You know guys, I'm going to tackle this when I have plenty of time on hand so I won't be rushed and fock up or anything. thanks for letting me know out the plastic thing breaking..I'll try to be extra careful.
