It's at the end of the arm coming from the power steering actuator. The part I'm trying to name is the part with a grease bushing which connects to the knuckle. It has a nut with a locking pin that goes through it. My nut has gone way too far up that bolt and the locking pin does nothing. I'm trying to replace it, because my bushing has busted open but I don't know what the name is.

I found it in RED ZMAN's parts listing End assy, outer tie rod, and Boot, tie rod end. It's all part of front steering linkage/gear item # 20

From the pic, #20 does look to be the outer tie rod. There is a rubber cover that goes on the outer tie rod (it is this which rests against the knuckle), and it does have grease inside. If this is what you are looking for, I don't think that's separate; just get a new outer tie rod ($20 will get you one).
