Default Misfiring

So the other day I went to the store for some things, the drive there was fine but when I was done I got back in the car and the engine was really rough. My brother was with me and we both agreed it sounded like it was misfiring. So I looked at me plug wires and saw one that had gotten pinched, so I changed plugs and wires since it was about time anyways. It ran great for about 35 miles then it did the same thing while I was driving. I then changed the coil pack. 40 miles later, here we are again. Am I missing somthing?

When running rough it sounds like its puttering but it doesn't shut down. The tone of the engine/exhaust gets much deeper, like a STI Impreza with an aftermarket exhaust on it. Other than that it seems to run fine, I crippled it home and nothing changed.

What did the plugs look like when you pulled them?

Just like plugs that had a year on them. I might be able to get a pic if they are still in the box and not in the garbage.

They just looked like normal wear? They weren't white like an indication of a vacuum leak? Is you have tried the spark and its good try fuel and vacuum leaks. Misfires can b anything from faulty fuel components, vacuum leaks, faulty emissions, low or uneven compression ect....

So I managed to get it up to autozone for a scan. It came up as injector in cylinders 1 fault. I have the code written down somewhere.....I'll get it later. Anyway I was wondering the best way to handle this, cleaning(and how to) or just replace it.
