All the cylinders on one bank say either something funky in the ignition system or else you had Jiffy Lube "replace" the wires last time you had the wires replaced.
I've had the engine misfire twice, and both times it was easily fixed by changing the spark plugs and the cables upgraded to racing cables.
Use NGK plugs (10 bux for 4 @ advance auto) and pickup spark plug wireset from rockauto for around 40ish. and you'll be good to go (hopefully)
If this doesnt fix it, you have bigger problems but lets not think about that till you try the basic things.
I know a lot of people dont agree with this but I like to change the oil after doing plugs as well (unless you VERY recently did an oil change). ~20 bucks (local auto store deal).
