Default Lower cross bar bolt stripped?

I was changing the oil last night and saw that one of my lower cross member (bar that has the lower roll post engine mounts on it) bolts was super loose. One of the bolts up front that bolt it to the frame. I tried tightening but it just spins. Do these bolts go into a threaded part or are they supposed to have a nut on the end? I couldn't find a way to access the tops of the bolts. Kind of worried that my engines going to fall out!!

can you post a image?

i think i had a similiar problem with my 97 RD, when i was replacing both front and rear mount..a.k.a roll stoppers.

the inner portion of the thread was stripped cause i used my impact gun "Stupid", so i covered the stripped area with washers and tightened the threadlock coated nut it with the remaining thread on the outer end of the stud.

no problems to this day.

I'll try to get a pick. The bolt just spins (one of 2 bolts up front holding the crossmember to the frame). I can't access where the top of the bolt goes, not sure how to get to it.
