I absolutely forgot to post this but im glad i remembered now even though it might be too late for some.
If your driving with the stock Dunlop 1500 tires on . . . change em. They suck in rain, but if you thought they were bad in rain wait till you take them on snow and ice. I believe the Dunlop is a "high performance" dry tire so if you can get new tires get them, if not drive carefully!
Btw the tread on these tires goes down ridiculously fast and i can assure u im not doing burnouts 24/7 and just making this claim . . . they do.
So just a lil heads up, i decided this post was necessary when i realized i had to come to almost a complete stop to make a turn laugh.gif

Yeah, aren't the stock ones Michelin Pilot Sports? They are actually aren't too bad in the snow, had some fun in the school parking lot sliding around on the snow and ice (empty on holidays of course lol.gif). They hold the snow fairly well.
If your running Dunlops, then someone changed your tires before you bought it to a summer performance tire. My tires own in the rain, have made a 90mph run in the rain b/c of family emergency. Didn't hydroplane once for 30 miles in heavy ass rain. I've actually only hydroplaned once on these tires that I could notice. Treadware isn't bad on the stockers either that I can notice (I've only owned the Tibby for 3k miles, and the car only has 11k on it).

dunlop aren't the best tires around. they are high priced. tread wears quick. suck in the snow due to the curvy designs. i wouldn't reccomend them.
i've gone through two sets real quick. although i must say, they do stay intact for years! they do crack overtime.
