That is a one time fee to have the plates made. Then you just pay the annual plate renewal like everyone else ($74 I think).

^^^You wouldn't happen to be in the Northwest Arkansas area would you? I saw a dude in a Harp's Parking lot that has a blue RD2 just like yours. It may just be a clone. There's a rumor about some RD2 copying me around here...hood wheels, everything.

And I guess this thread has done it's justice....thanks guys, i'll give it more thought and go with a plate I think that fits my personality of this car.

Yes, that's an Arizona plate, but there's a thing where you can go to another state with the same license plate you have from your state. nana.gif Just wondering if he was visiting or something..
