Default I'm new, where should I buy my aftermarket parts?

Hey I have a 2000 Hyundai Tiburon and I am looking to buy good quality but not expensive aftermarket parts. Right now I am only looking for some interior pieces like shift boot, knob, and pedals but eventually I will want some engine upgrades like an intake and headers. Can someone advise me on where to buy parts? I have looked at andy's auto sport.com and they seem reasonable but they have a lot of bad reviews. Please help! Thanks alot!

-Ben

p.s.- sorry if this has been adressed before, i tried searching the site but i couldnt seem to find anything on it.

Intake - get an AEM, hands down. From wherever you can find it the cheapest. Or you could get one of the ebay AEM knock offs (but make SURE its the AEM style. There are several different styles, the AEM is the only one worth anything) This is the only performance part I would suggest getting the "knock off" version because it is literally the exact same thing. It's an intake pipe. Doesn't matter what the brand is.

Headers - Definitely go for the equal length headers from KFX Performance. I've had both these headers and the OBX ebay ones on my car, the KFX ones are MUCH nicer. I know they're a bit more spendy, but the cheaper headers buzz and make your exhaust sound like sh*t. There is a performance gain from equal length as well (plus those are 4-1 as opposed to 4-2-1 like the ebay ones, so that's a bit better as well for the power band in our cars)

Pedals - Get the GK pedal assembly from kdmstuff.com. DO NOT GET CHEAP PEDAL COVERS. I've had the EL Glo pedals, pedal covers, and also the GK ones. The GK ones are by far the best. Stay away from the over stuff.

Shifter/Ebrake boots - Get em from REDZMAN. Him (or his wife actually) custom makes them in any color you want.

Everything else - classifieds section here, kfxperformance.com, kdmstuff.com, and some stuff you can find on ebay.

Hope that helps a bit

the AEM style goes under the battery and sits in front of the driver's side tire. One piece.

Injen sits below the battery inside the engine bay = WAI

AEM sits behind the front fog light in the bumper = CAI
