I want to put these in my tibs headlights. Do they have to be cut open or is there a simple DIY for it? Didnt see anything on here

Anyway's Shark Racing used to sell Angel Eye Headlight housings, they were pretty pricey though. Otherwise you have to take the headlight apart to install and properly wire them.

I saw the Oracle CCFL halo kit on http://4wheelonline.com/oracle-lights.247163 .You need to open the headlight assembly. The easiest way is put them in the oven and to seal them back, you can use butyl rubber sealant.
