Default How hard is it installing headers yourself on a V6

On a scale of 1-10, 10 being the hardest, how hard is it to install a set of headers on a V6 tib, with no air tools...just hand ones? Im wondering if this is something I can do myself even though I have no experience with it. If I can save myself a couple hundred bucks and having the satisfaction of doing it myself then I'll do what I can to make it happen.

Having installed headers on my I4 Tib, and seeing work been done on V6 engines, I would say an 8. They look like a PITA lol. It can be done by you, but it seems like the kind of thing that drives you mad while installing them lol. Again, not from experience, but from how I think it would be.

I haven't done it. I suppose that probably should be an answer in itself.

Do it and you will be happy with the money you saved.

No worse than a timing belt, but it would be a pretty big PITA. I think most of the hassle would be trying to get tools up behind the rear bank. There was a DIY on NT iirc, but I can't be sure. I don't think you have to remove the upper plenum which is always a bonus.
