ok heres the problem my horn only works once in a while. ive changed the steering wheel and clock spring. i have power at the fuse and grounds at the connector and on the frame.any ideas of where to look?

Do you have power at the horn connector when the button is depressed? Is so then change the horn. If not there is a damaged wire between the fuse and horn.
