Default Hole in my door?!

Hey guys, I'm new to the site since I just got my first tiburon... its a RD2 model and i got a 2-3 inch rust hole on my driver side door..... as for the moment i covered it up with some rust paint till i figure out what I'm gonna do to it. Im thinking to just do a quick fix job and use fiberglass molding.. what do you guys think? **just to mention I got no garage or anything I live in a town house condo complex so most likely im gonna be working outside or in my friends condo basement.

Bondo. You can buy a small pre-mixed tube that should be enough to fix a hole that size.

A 3" diameter hole is not a suitable place to use bondo as a fill/patch. That would be cut/weld time. A 3" long line of cancer at the bottom is also cut/weld time but bondo can cover it for a while.

Johnnehk, pictures are needed before we can really make useful suggestions.

^^Agreed. To large to fill with bondo. Best case is weld, but you might get away with fiberglassing it. Pics definitely needed to help assess what can be done.
